When you arrive in Thailand, it connects to a Thai network (e.g., AIS, dtac, TRUE), and when you arrive in Singapore, it switches to a Singaporean network, providing seamless service without manual changes.
When does my eSIM start?
Your validity will start right after installation. It’s recommended to install 1 day before departure.

Can I share data or tether with the eSIM in hotspot?
Yes, this eSIM plan includes hotspot feature.
How will I receive my eSIM?
After you place your order, we will send an email with your eSIM information, including QR code, confirmation code and activation guide within a few minutes. Just scan the QR code and follow the user guide.
How many times can I use my eSIM?
Our eSIMs are one-time-use eSIMs. After being activated, it will be ready for you to use until the expired date or the day when data runs out. If you remove eSIM from your phone, you will not be able to use it once again.
