What can I do if I need more data?
Our eSIM gives you data at Max speed valid for 5/7/10/15/30 days. After that, the speed capacity will be throttled to 384kbps, you can still browse the web with light use. But if you want to use more data with high speed, you can top up on the go with us. Follow the instructions in SMS received after making a payment to get more data when in need.
How will I receive my Singapore Thailand eSIM?

How many times can I use my eSIM?
Our eSIMs are one-time-use eSIMs. After being activated, it will be ready for you to use until the expired date or the day when data runs out. If you remove eSIM from your phone, you will not be able to use it once again.
Can I use the same QR code on multiple devices?
The QR code can be scanned once which means that if you remove the eSIM from your phone, you cannot install it again. And eSIM can only be installed on one device.
